Project 1 

For this project i had a few ideas, and found some inspiration on pinterest. I knew I wanted to do something with a simple expression, and with a colourful background. I found some inspiration with the cake and and the landscape put together and from that picture I formed my idea.

I started out with some few sketches and showed my idea, where we agreed on the cupcake with some palm trees was the best idea, Mr. Martin then told me to add a few more elements such as a couple, a drink etc. to make it more interesting and complex.

Then I started editing the different pictures in photoshop. I used the tools such as quick selection tool, and then the brush to do the basic editing, furthermore i added editing such as brightness and contrast to try and make the different pictures more a like. I tried different pictures and started out with different edits of the palm tree cupcake.

Obviously I wasn't satisfied with the two different outcomes, so i tried doing something different.

Third try

I liked the way the palm trees and the house made it a bit more interesting to look at. As mentioned before i used the same tools

- Quick selection tool
- Brush
- Brightness and contrast
- Solid color (background)

I wanted to add a twist to the picture, so I added the picture of the girl.

Then I did the final touches, such as placing the girl and using the brush tool. Below you will se my final result for the result.
