Visual Journal
INSTRUCTIONS
Description
Visual journal - reportage Illustration - [with field trip]
Event-based illustration, an art applied to things of significance
happening in the surroundings. The illustrators act as a visual
journalist capturing the dynamics of unfolding events through
their artwork – visual journal.
Requirements
3 x A4 paper with mounted on foam boards.
Drawing pen, pencil, watercolour/colour pencils

PROCES
We went to Sunway Pyramid, where we had to find different spots to sketch our visual journal. I chose to sketch in Starbucks, mainly because Starbucks is something that is all over the world, and as an exchange student it was very different for me to see the Starbucks here in Malaysia compared to Denmark.
I started sketching the 3 different sketches, and some of the comments i got from Mr. Redzwan was that i needed to have several stories than just one. To add a little extra.
FINAL RESULT
As the second part of the Visual Journal we had to colour the different sketches with watercolour. this was my final result.
